Why this workshop exists

You've been tolerating something
that should've been fixed months ago.

Every business owner has one — a process running on duct tape, eating hours every week. Most have tried to fix it. Most gave up. Sound familiar?

01

Your staff is drowning in manual work

Stock updates in WhatsApp. Intake forms re-typed from PDFs. Onboarding that takes 40 minutes when it should take 4.

02

You've looked at SaaS — nothing fits

Generic tools built for someone else's business. Too rigid to match how you actually run things. Too expensive once you stack them.

03

You're not a developer. You don't want to be one.

You just want the problem fixed. By someone who gets what you actually do, with tools that bend to your workflow — not the other way around.

What happens in the room

Bring one problem.
Walk out with a working tool.

  1. 1

    Name the problem

You'll start by articulating the exact workflow that's broken. Specific. Messy. Real.

  2. 2

    See what's possible

Sam shows you the AI tools business owners are actually using — and the tools other owners just like you have built in this room.

  3. 3

    Build your thing

Hands-on, guided, step by step. You describe what you need in plain English. The AI builds it. You shape it until it works.

  4. 4

    Walk out with it

A tool that runs. Something you can show your team tomorrow. Not a demo. Not homework. The real thing.

Built in the last workshop

Real tools. Real businesses. None of them had coded before.

What the last group walked out with — in under 2.5 hours:

  • Lash recommendation app (beauty studio)
  • Smart home-tuition matching platform
  • AI-assisted CAR report and tracker
  • Quotation & supplier pricing system
  • Patient intake, inventory, and client onboarding tools
Is this for you?

Let's be honest about it.

This workshop isn't for everyone. Here's the straight read.

This is for you if…

  • You run an SME — F&B, clinic, retail, services, education — 5 to 100 staff
  • You've got at least one workflow that's been broken for months
  • You've tried SaaS tools or consultants and nothing stuck
  • You're open to AI but skeptical of the hype
  • You want to see it work, not just hear about it

This isn't for you if…

  • You're hoping to launch a startup or an MVP
  • You want a slide deck, a certificate, or a framework
  • You're a developer looking to learn a new stack
  • You don't have a real problem from your business to bring
  • You want a passive "sit and watch" experience

Who's guiding you

Sam's not a developer. That's the whole point.

Sam is an HR leader running two businesses on the side — without a single line of code in his background.

He spent years paying developers who were slow, expensive, and often built the wrong thing. Then he decided enough was enough. He learned to build with AI himself — not as a hobby, as a business decision. Cheaper. Faster. With full control over what gets built.

The results? Lovable named him a National Treasure — one of the top creators in Singapore by traffic. The web apps he built rank in the top 1% for visits from Singapore. Real people use them. Every day.

"I'm not here to teach you to be a developer. I'm here to show you, as a fellow entrepreneur, that you don't have to be one."

Common questions

Things people ask before signing up.

I really don't know how to code. Like, at all.

Perfect. That's the whole point. You'll write in plain English — the AI does the code part. If you can describe your problem to a colleague, you can build a tool here.

What should I bring?

A laptop, a charger, and one specific problem from your business. The more concrete, the better. "Our supplier tracking is a mess" is good. "Our team uses 4 spreadsheets, 2 WhatsApp groups, and email to track supplier orders, and we lost a PO last month" is great.

Will the tool I build actually work after the workshop?

Yes. You're not building a toy. You're building a functioning tool your team can use on Monday. It won't be polished enterprise software — but it will run, and it'll do the thing you came to fix.

I've got a bigger problem than one 2.5-hour session. What then?

That's exactly why Kode For Me exists — our done-for-you build service. A lot of workshop grads come in, see what's possible, and hand us the bigger project. Ask Sam in the room, or reach out after.

What if I can't make 28 May?

Drop us a line — we'll add you to the list for the next run and tell you first when the date's locked in.

Refund policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. Within 7 days, we can transfer your seat to another session or to a colleague. Just email us.
